We provide all direct-touch clients with our helpdesk facility which is always manned by at least 2 full time engineers – the problem is passed to us and then we are responsible for it until it’s resolved (which is impressively fast!) then we get your agreement that it’s resolved before we close the matter off.
Since 2001, on average we have saved our clients at least 10 times whatever their outlay to us has been. We now support over 100 direct-touch customer accounts most of which are sized from 50 users right up to several thousand.
